Create space for voters to see how state reps vote on global climate agreement, AND vow to vote against reps who vote no

I would like voters to be able to show in numbers how many nationwide will vote for another candidate running for their position, if they vote against the international climate deal. A place for voters and representatives to see numbers of voters that matter to each regionally, before the issue is decided. Check one box to show who your state representative is, check another box to say "this is your only option if you want my vote."
