This position requests that NASA investigates building a non-landing spacecraft code named "Enterprise". The vessel will be designed to refuel in space and carry modular scientific equipment for the exploration of intersystem space. Large space craft launched from Earth is difficult due to fuel constraints from gravity. By manufacturing a ship in space we bypass those constraints.
While the vessel is being created, it can be used as a stationary orbital station. Once fueling and engine construction is completed, the vessel will be used as a platform to travel to nearby astronomical objects for investigation.
Its five year mission is to seek out new ways of living in space and to boldly go where no one has gone before.
