We petition the administration to create a special council or agency that will research and determine based on current trends across the nation, and in California, the best way to protect and secure our nation's water resources for ourselves and our future generations. Our climate is changing and water patterns across the world are also changing, so we must take initiative to protect our most precious resource: water.
