Create, sponsor and support a Constititional Amendment imposing term limits on both Houses of Congress

While the President is limited to two terms Senators and Representatives are allowed to continue in office in perpetuity. This was never the Founders intention. Representatives should be limited to three terms (six years)and Senators should be limited to two terms (twelve years)
