Create a standard test that every registered voter must pass, containing questions on current world affairs and issues.

Everyone has a right to vote, but does everyone know what they are voting for? There should be a comprehensive test before each election asking voters questions regarding issues in our world, not just our country. Things such as the conflicts between Israel and Palestine, or being able to match the face of our secretary of defense to his name. Questions such as these should be required to ensure voters are not blindly casting a ballot on some narrow minded, ill founded concept.
