Create the State of Jefferson out of many parts of modern Northern California and Southern Oregon

The current under-represented demographics of Northern California and Southern Oregon are receiving less and less of a say of what is happening in their own backyards because of the legislative decisions being made hundreds of miles away. A new state would allow economy to improve through the creation of new jobs and positions, and would allow better quality policies to be passed for both the new state and the States of Oregon and California.
