Create a state large enough to hold any and all people who wish to succede from this great nation.

This petition would serve to allow any and all citizens within the current United States a chance to leave the country.By creating a state for these peopleto move to it would then allow them the opertunity to succede from the U.S and allpartys involved would then be able to get what they want.
