Create a state mandated school security position.

As governmental agencies have armed security, we feel as though a state position for armed security at our public schools is necessary for the wellfare of defenseless children. after 9-11 we put armed personell on airplanes in the form of Sky Marshall's. Gun control does not stop evil people from doing terrible things. Evil does not care about laws. The recent Connecticut disaster happened even though it has some of the most stringent gun laws in America. Armed security stops a public school from being a defenseless soft target. In the last year there have been more shootings than fires yet we have fire marshals that conduct fire drills. We have security at home. Security at public buildings. Security at banks. But virtually none at a school.
