Create a state run sustainable agriculture system.

The current global population is about 7.125 billion, and should exceed 12 billion by 2050. Famine and malnutrition is much too common in the third world and is even an apparent problem in the US. It is irresponsible to believe the human race will survive or be at peace when monetary systems and private corporations control the production of food and determine the amount alloted for each human being.
My personal belief is that food is not a commodity but a human right.
My idea is to create highly organized state/county run agricultural systems which would provide americans with healthy and free food, and in turn create thousands of fulfilling jobs.
A system like this would eliminate the need for pesticides and GMOs, and create a healthier and more inteligent US population.
