My name is William Rupp and I am a Senior at West Potomac High School. Just this past weekend I won the Virginia AAA state championships for wrestling at 220 pounds. My record for the year was 46-0, I feel as if this amazing feat is deserving of a statue to commemorate my greatness. The statue will be a life sized stone replica of me placed in front of my High School.
