Create stiffer punishment on drinking under the influence especially if it results in a fatality or more than one dwi.

There isn't enough enforcement or punishment on drinking and driving. It has become more of a right to drink and get into a car than to be able to safely drive on the street. There are many who get one year punishment when killing someone while under the influence however it is murder and should be punished like one. A person knows if they will be driving when they go to a friends or bar. It is well known drinking can lead to accidents and fatalities. So if you go into a bar and willingly drink knowing you will be driving home and then kill someone that isn't an accident. It is a concious decision that you are aware of the possible outcome.
