create a stimulus program which enables healthcare providers and corporations to adequately train new graduate R.Ns

This is a petition to request that hospitals and health care employers be given stimulus incentives to train and employ new graduate nurses, who will then be available to serve the growing health care needs and expansion of roles that nurses will face in the future.
New graduate R.Ns face deplorable employment conditions and mounting student debts. Healthcare facilities and providers are making it nearly impossible for newly licensed R.Ns to gain the requisite experience.The Affordable Care Act's delayed passage has made major hiring agents in the industry wary of extending employment to new graduates, due to uncertainty about the changes taking place. Incentives for training, educating, and retaining nurses will ensure that R.Ns are adequately prepared to meet the challenges and changes.
