Recently ever since passage of North Carolina's HB2 Bill many LGBT People have received death threats and with the recent shooting in orlando something Needs to be done on social media about it.
With the SOCBA each social media site would have a special team to look into threats like these with the idea to curb cyber bullying. And each violation comes with a penalty
1st offense - 30 day suspension on all Social Media tied to the IP Address
2nd Offense - 90 day Suspension on all Social Media tied to the IP Address
FINAL OFFENSE - IP Address banned on all social media sites for 15 Years and after that's done they have to go through social media 101 in order to reuse social media.
I hope you guys do something about it if not many people will die from bullying!
