Include the following points in new regulations covering every state and US territory.
Require liability insurance on each privately owned gun to pay for any damage ever caused by that gun by anyone.
Restrict ammunition purchases to small quantities except for police or military use.
Require Micro-stamping of all Ammunition sold in the US.
No clip, magazine, belt, or other ammunition conveyance may exceed nine rounds, except for police or military use.
Renew gun registrations every two years, after gun owners pass a qualification test - for each renewal.
Use gun registration fees to fund armed guards at public schools.
Restrict private gun sales, such as gun show sales.
Make any single violation of the new regulation a federal offence, requiring jail time - every time.
