Create Strict Mandatory Laws, holding those accountable who choose to willfully tamper with American voting ballots

We the people would like to see the strictest protections of an Americans individual right to vote be be invoked. Further we feel that any individual who is convicted of intentionally, willfully and knowingly tampering with a single Americans vote in effort to corrupt the voting system itself, serve a mandatory sentence of 1 year in prison for each count. Should an individual tamper with votes in this manner to exceed 500 votes, a mandatory life sentence should be imposed without possibility of parole. If a business or group is found guilty of vote tampering and an individual is not able to be determined, the government shall seize all assets, auction off the proceeds, then create and maintain a clean elections fund for the people. We the people cannot and will not tolerate voter fraud.
