The numerous accounts of TSA agents stealing from passenger luggage and abusing their power's is startling. We the people propose a strict mandatory minimum sentence for any TSA agent caught jeopardizing the integrity of their position.
Such offenses include, but are not limited to asking passengers to perform tasks they are not authorized to demand, theft from person or luggage during a screening or in the chain of TSA custody, and perversely groping individuals beyond the necessary scope required to ensure safety of passengers
Setting up strict mandatory sentencing requirements would affirm to American travelers that they will not be the victim of any threat foreign or domestic by dissuading corrupt behavior by TSA agents.
