Create Stricter Control of Firearms to Persons Likely to Cause Harm.

Created by E.D. on December 23, 2012

It has become clear that access to legal firearms can be too simple for some persons likely to cause harm. We request that
1) Mental Health Professionals are required submit cases where the patient shows likelihood to bring harm to others to the NCIF.
2) Immediate family members of an individual stated above, have their information be placed in the NCIF.
3) Immediate family members, as stated above, would be required to:
a) Turn in their weapons to state officials, until the case is closed.
b) Sell their weapons, or
c) Hold their weapons securely elsewhere, at a location unknown to the individual.
4) School counselors recommend students for counseling. If the student can, or will, not receive counseling, The counselor may submit the student, and immediate family, to the NCIF.
