Stop businesses masquerading as institutes of higher education from predatorily enrolling students in relatively useless programs that rely primarily on federal student loans and grants as a tuition source and ultimately leave the majority of the students they enroll with crushing student loans and no or minimal career benefit.
Create guidelines that ALL proprietary (for profit) secondary education schools that wish their students to be eligible for federal student grants and loans must abide by to insure potential students are informed of up to date, relevant stats RE the particular school's program, the cost and the benefits of that program etc.
If a particular for profit school is proven to be predatory then deny all federal funds and support to that school forever and fine them.
