Create stricter guns laws, but don't ban them.

In the wake of the recent shootings there have been a lot of people calling for an end to the second amendment. However to do such a thing would be foolish as not every gun owner is going around shooting children. Some people, like myself, use them for protection. I do not want guns outlawed because then only criminals will have them, but when I can walk into a gun store and buy a black powder gun with no ID, you know something needs to change. As I said, don't ban guns, but make them harder to get. We need a psychiatric evaluation to make sure that the person who is buying the weapon is not buying it to cause harm. Criminals will always have weapons, and its only right if we do to so we can protect our self if pushing comes to shove.
