There needs to be stricter laws to punish those who abuse animals. People who abuse animals should be given restraining orders from all places where animals are. For example: shelters, pet stores, breeders/breeding, dog parks, dog salons, vets and farms. They shouldn't be allowed to own any animal ever again. We need to stop animal abuse and to do that the laws need to be stricter. People aren't punished enough to stop.
