Create a strong physical border between The USA and Mexico, and The USA and Canada.

To reduce illegal immigration as much as possible, as well as increase our national security, The USA should create a physical barrier similar to what Israel has. Financing and manning of this barrier could come from a combined effort or border cities, counties, states, and the federal government, to reduce the cost of any one entity.
