As a victim of bullying, I can tell you first hand how terribly it is managed in schools. I was once slapped in the face, my glasses broke, and I was told it was my fault. I could go on for hours about how many incidents have happened, and how terribly it is managed in schools. Once it gets so bad the child doesn't want to go to school, that's the line. Our schools need to do a better ob of bully management.
