Since the antiquity the human beings have fought among them for the food, the water, the territory, the power, the wealth, the defense of own existence, the ideologies, the religion. Now that know the reasons for the conflicts between the people and the nations, is a moral and civilian obligation to prevent these events typified by extreme aggression, social disruption, high mortality and any form of political violence.
