Create a substantial law against usury, effective in all states to limit interest rates on all credit cards, loans and other debts to 10%. This law will also reinstate appropriate bankruptcy protections for credit card debt, medical bill debt, student loan debt and will allow judges to tailor payment plans for the circumstances of the individual.
