Create a system for direct voting per person which removes the need for Congress to "represent" the American people.

America is connected well enough in today's day and age that we should be able to introduce a system of direct governance, and remove or reduce the powers of the Congress to act on our behalf in matters that we, the people have no desire to approve of. Direct Governance would allow a vote by the people for the people on every issue, allowing 100% transparency in our government on the issues of laws, and governmental reform of all stripes.
