Create a system of laws that imposes equal taxation of all persons and companies.

Created by D.B. on March 13, 2013

All persons and businesses should be taxed at equal rates with out regard for individual gross revenue. Each person whom is a citizen, a business or a company that does business within the United States should be required to pay an equal percentage amount of taxes based upon their Gross Income.

All taxes should be applied evenly with out regard to private interests. Once Set, this rate may not be changed (higher or lower) with out a vote of the citizens of the United States.

For example:

Tax rate set at 5%

A person making $10.00/hour working 40 hours a week would be taxed at $20.00/week. ($10.00 * 40 = $400.00 * %5.00 = $20.00)

A person making a salary of $5,000.00 a month would be taxed at $250.00 per month. ($5,000.00 * %5.00 = $250.
