Create a system for making police officers accountable for misconduct and corruption.

Created by A.E. on April 03, 2013

Too often, there are reports in the news of police officers who profiled someone, or shot the wrong guy. Too often, nothing happens. In the hunt for Christopher Dorner, police shot at two Latina women in a blue pickup truck, and put 16 bullets in the truck. The officers were not given consequences serious enough for their actions. A man was in his bed, unarmed, and was shot numerous times, injuring him. At most, these police officers are fired. They should be tried as normal citizens, in a criminal court for their actions. We need to make these men accountable. Our taxpayer dollars should not be paying to support America's biggest gang.
