Allowing people to vote over the internet would:
-save time and energy
-increase voter turn out
-potential for more information about candidates (links, videos, etc. )
-allow the government (any branch) a way to poll the people (outside of normal voting)
give incentive to the states for implementing a similar system or participating in a similar system.
