Veterans have a system to go to college for free. I am a veteran who used this service. But, why can't we have a civilian version of this program. This way parents can pay into a fund, and if there kids qualify, can go to school for free.
Veterans pay $1200 into system for one year.
Why can't Parents pay into a system $1200 for one year.
Veterans are paid a living allowance, and book stipend.
Why can't our college students have the same?
Veterans are able to enroll in a host of educational programs (vocational, flight school, trade)
Why can't civilians have the same?
