Create a system where people who are given government assistance are screened routinely and randomly for drug testing!

Taxpayers give their hard earned money everyday to the people dependent on government assistance. We allow the people who choose not to work or can't work the ability to have free housing, free food, free cell phones, free cable, etc...It should be mandated that they be drug screened just like the ones who pay for their living be drug tested to work and keep a job.
We request an executive order be signed into effect immediately that will ensure routine and random drug testing for any kind of government assistance and a limit be put on the amount of time one can be given full or partial government assistance of any kind.
