Petition to create a 'Tasers for Teachers' program that will train and equip teachers and authorized staff to use the non-lethal personal defense weapon (Taser) in emergency situations. This will allow and provide emergency defensive measures in an emergency situation while using non-lethal force to stop an attack without resorting to a lethal weapon, such as a handgun.
