Create a task-based job pool to allow disabled and underemployed Americans a chance to contribute to economic growth.

Created by B.S. on May 01, 2013

The disabled, underemployed, and unemployed American is an asset that is just waiting to be used. But conventional hiring practices fall short of being useful for this.

What will work is creating a job pool website that hires on a task-by-task basis, allowing these Americans to contribute to the economy. Individuals and companies can hire on an as-needed basis, allowing job seekers to gain experience and disabled persons to work around their limitations. Job seekers can be rated on their performance of the task using a social network-styled system, motivating high task performance standards.

By creating these job pools and partnering them with unemployment/disability offices, we can empower every American to help our economy grow strong again!
