Create a task force that does bi-monthly ramdom reviews of fact and issues involving denied unemployment claims.

After a long grueling process with unemployment I was denied benefits, now at the Appeal level. It became obvious to me in the last denial that unemployment would continues to evade the facts and issues in the case in order to denial benefits. This does not make the Appeal Board impartial to one's case. Unemployment is a means to an end created for Taxpaying Americans until they find employment. When something like this happens it breaks down one's trust in the U.S. systems. Secondly, it mares the reputation of the employee and leaves the employer untarnished giving them the go to continue relating to its employee as unethically and unprofessionally as they please. I petition something be done about this inbalance creating a check and balance system might help.
