Create a Task Force to investigate and prosecute the wave of hate crimes since the Presidential Election

Since the Presidential Election, there have been reports of hate crimes all over the country - swastikas spray-painted in Buffalo and Philadelphia; assaults in California, and many more. We need to show the perpetrators of these crimes that this is not acceptable. We need these crimes to be investigated immediately and prosecuted vigorously. We need to set an example that this is not acceptable and will never be acceptable.
