Create a Tattoo Discrimination in Employment Act (TDEA). Make it illegal for employers to discriminate based upon an individuals tattoos and body art. Realize that tattooed people are growing in numbers very rapidly and many of them are intelligent people who can bring great ideas to the table for all sorts of businesses. A persons body art does not reflect how they are in the workplace, how intelligent, or how productive they are. Please consider this Act!! There are REAL people with REAL goals and REAL families to provide for out here. Their tattoos shouldn't prevent them from earning a REAL living.
