Create a tax on ammunition to fund "guns in schools" in accordance with the NRA recommendations.

In accordance with the recommendations of the National Rifle Association and to assure safety in American schools, the federal government shall impose a sales tax on all ammunition sold in the United States of such an amount to assure that each and every school in the United States shall be able to retain and have on campus licensed and armed law enforcement officers during all hours of operation.
