Create a tax break for AMERICANS who BUY AMERICAN GOODS! Forcing Americans to "look at the label!"

Unfortunetly Americans believe that USA MADE products are too expensive. Create a tax break for all Americans that buy American mproducts. When you purchase an American made product you save your receipt and come tax time you receive a percentage of the purchase back for "buying American". Anything from toys, shoes, tools, clothing, cookwear, furniture, tires, appliances, electronics, etc. This tax cut will also extend to buying from a small business. Not only will this money recycle but it may create jobs as well. Also in this bill, I would suggest adding a tax break to AMERICAN companies that are here and willing to invest in more AMEICAN MADE productivity, i.e. more quality jobs!
