create tax breaks on personal and/or corporate taxes for every employee that a business allows to "work from home"

Creating incentives for businesses that allow employees that work on a computer in an office cubicle to instead work from home can have benefits for our nation and for many of its citizens. There's no gas needed to get to work at home. So less foreign oil and air pollution. No more depressing long commutes that are worsening our nation's mental health. Working out during the day at home is easy to stay healthy and relieve stress. And when done right, home can be an efficient work environment too. People can work without distractions, and can communicate quickly with with IM, email, phones, and screen sharing.
