Voter turnout is low, the USPS is running out of mail, and campaign contributions don't do anything useful.
A simple way to securely increase voter turnout is to fund a postage pre-paid mail-in ballot for every eligible voter by taxing campaign contributions.
Hardworking americans won't have to take time off work to vote. Lines at poll locations will be shorter for those who have not pre-registered. Voters will have more time to think about ballot measures.
