create tax code changes for the top tier brackets (250k +) that reflects their contribution as job creators.

The Republican arguement is that you cannot tax the rich because they are responsible for job creation. I believe this is true, but I also believe that anyone responsible for anything should be held responsible. I would like to see a tax code change put in place for 250k + earners that reflects their performance in creating jobs. If the average unemployment for the year is high and the Government is supporting more of the unemployed, Taxes go up. If unemployment is low, taxes should go down to both reward job creators and inspire more hiring. Lastly, the only way this will truly work is to eliminate most tax deductions so that higher earners cannot just work around the tax rate for that year.
