Create a tax for companies that want to outsource jobs, call it an outsourcing tax.

For so long companies have outsourced so many jobs overseas, hurting the American economy by paying people in foreign lands to produce products cheaper and creating unemployment here at home. It's time to put an end to this unethical practice and bring jobs back to this country lowering the unemployment rate.
