Create tax equity, simplification and reform by ending deductions and instituting a multibracket progressive flat tax.

Dismantle most of the IRS and end the present tax code completely. Establish seven progressive flat tax catergories for individuals and families. There will be only individual and child deductions. Taxes will come out of one's paycheck, but since there are no deductions no one will file tax forms each year because there are no tax refunds. All due taxes have already been paid. Everyone in a particular tax bracket pays the same amount. No one has any advantage over anyone else. Changes in income that result in less money on an annual basis would require the government to send a refund if one falls into a lower tax category. If one's income increases then the higher taxes are paid through one's payroll and no adjustment is made. The same paradigm would apply to business.
