create a tax exempt policy for winning a contest

Created by Z.S. on April 04, 2013

For any contest you enter the IRS slams you with taxes. If you win a prize, not cash money, the government should exempt you from paying any taxes on the winning. For instance a home, if a person wins a home worth $300,000, they should not be taxed on that winning but be taxed normal taxes they pay at the end of the year. This bill would exclude cash money, and just physical prizes.
