We don’t change the 2nd amendment. Don’t outlaw guns. Change the access to bullets. Make buying bullets in bulk illegal or very expensive. To get bullets you can only buy 5 bullets at a time and it will cost $1000s of dollars. You have to pass a test to get the bullets. You have to speak with someone in person. You have to obtain a bullet license yearly (like a fishing license) to allow for further purchase of bullets. Make it illegal to stockpile bullets. If you have more than the allotted amount of bullets you will be punished accordingly. Again, we are not outlawing guns, we are not outlawing bullets. We are changing the system for the betterment of our society. Today’s tragedy, CO, AZ, WI, VT, Columbine ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT if there wasn’t such easy access to bulk bullets.
