In accordance to the constitution We the People wish to:
Repeal The Article 1 section 2 of the United States Constitution: The House of representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year.
It should be amended: That the House of Representatives may be chosen every second year, and after having served 8 year terms in full. They may never serve in the House again.
Repeal The Article 1 section 3 of the United States Constitution: The Senate of The United states shall be composed of two senators from each state for six years.
It should be amended: That the Senate of The United States shall be composed of two senators from each state for four years, and after having served 8 year terms in full they may never serve in the senate again.
