Create term limits for all Congress members.

As with the President of the United States, all Congress members and Senators, should be given term limits of no more than ten years. This way, it gives way for new ideas, and allows change. If we keep the same people in office until they pass away, or are no longer capable of doing their elected tasks, nothing changes and the nation is stuck in a state of limbo. We, as a nation, must replace old ideals that have not been successful, and bring in fresh bodies, able to make the change that we are so desperately in need of.
