by creating term limits for all elected officials there would be a constant influx of new blood and new ideas. Additionally, there would be a drastic reduction in misuse of legislation such,as pork and long term favors for donors.
As part of this legislation it would also be advisable lo reinstate limits on campaign contributions and to overturn Citizen's United and more recent changes to campaign finance limitations.
