To create term limits for all elected officials of the United States. We can call it the IF ITS GOOD FOR THE PRESIDENT.

The United States Government has bogged down over the last 12 years over.Both parties staunchly defiant in there positions with leadership too preoccupied with reelection and maintaining core constituency than in effective governing. We the American people demand term limits be put in place on members of both houses of congress to eliminate the career minded thinking of our government and the return to thinking for the people. I believe that there should be 8 year limits put on any member of either house with the member being able to run for office in any other office in America including the house he was not a member of. The 8 years of service would begin this year allowing for smooth transitions.
