Create term limits on ALL federal, publicly elected officials.

I believe the purpose of Congress is to represent the people of all ages, races, religions and genders. People who are elected to public, federal positions should be there to have a chance to share their ideas, make arguments for what they think is right, and move on. No person should spend their entire life working in public office, especially with as much money that's being poured into our political system. If people want to be involved with making new laws, that's fine; but these people need to present their ideas, and then let someone else have a try. With term limits in mind, I also would like to express my concern with politicians being able to get retirement after just one term. The private sector usually makes us work 20 years to get retirement benefits, and so too should officials
