Create term limits for all members of Congress

No matter what political leanings you may have, what issues you are for or against there will never be any meaningful movement on tough issues with our current dysfunctional system.
Public service should be about serving not creating career politicians seeking leverage or power. How can any career politician know what it's like to work in the real world if the majority of their career has been in politics? With term limits for Congress, our elected officials will be more likely to do what is right for their country instead of what they think is right for their party. One day we might be able to vote for someone on the merits of their character and leadership vs just towing the party line.
